Warranty Claims


We stand behind the quality of every paddle we make. The Watermelon Series and all other PUR3 Sports paddles are covered by our Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.


✅ What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the paddle face, core, or handle.

  • Structural failures that occur under normal, intended use.

  • Damage discovered upon delivery (please notify us within 7 days).


❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading graphics, edge guard scuffs, grip replacement).

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Breakage from hitting objects other than pickleballs (e.g., ground, net posts, fences).

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.


⏱ Warranty Period

  • All paddles are covered for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.


📝 How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at pur3sports@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the paddle.

  2. Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement paddle or store credit of equal value.


⚖️ Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are limited to one replacement per original purchase.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and determine whether the product qualifies under warranty.

  • Shipping fees for warranty replacements may apply.
